AUTOKLAV - Development of a fully automatic closing system for autoclave closures

The subject of the project is the development and implementation of a fully automated automation solution for the opening and closing process of the autoclave door under the prevailing conditions in the aerated concrete industry. The automation concept to be developed includes the sensor technology for detecting the condition inside the autoclave (pressure, temperature, properties of the water/steam mixture), the processing of the measured parameters and a fail-safe control system for automating the opening and closing process of the autoclave door.
