The THERESA experimental plant has an universal interface which provides steam or saturated water with freely scalable parameters. The universal interface is used to connect further components and is used in various research projects. It is suitable, for example, for the analysis of the integration of thermal energy storage systems in thermal processes of different nominal capacities or for the investigation and testing of specific components, such as heat engines or heat pumps.
