THERESAnext

THERESAnext - Development of an intelligent cross-technology digitalization solution for sector coupling

The aim of the project is to develop and experimentally test an intelligent, cross-technology digitalization solution for sector-coupling energy storage systems. To this end, a universal gateway solution is to be developed that combines automation and energy technology expertise. An intelligent and networkable automation component for energy storage systems will be provided, which enables efficient and technology-neutral sector coupling. New methods of digitalization and automation are being investigated and implemented. The aim of implementing the methods is to contribute to increasing energy efficiency and security of supply.
